Welcome to FamPass. By creating an account or using the FamPass website (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Subscriptions & billing

Premium is a recurring subscription billed through Stripe (on the web) or Apple (in the iOS app). Web subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your account’s billing portal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Content

Event, deal, and guide listings are provided for convenience and may change or contain errors. Always confirm details (dates, prices, availability) directly with the venue. FamPass is not responsible for third-party events, offers, or venues.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Service, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or scrape or resell its content.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
